Interview with Executive Producer Pat Moffett of the film Ice Cream in the Cupboard with Dr. Russell Thackeray and his podcast Resilience Unravelled and a conversation on Early Onset Alzheimer's...
With director Drew Pollins and cinematographer Ian Holliday, Ice Cream in the Cupboard comes to life!
Producer Cemile Turam, Branden Cobb, co-producer Ronnie Shum and team bring this story of Carmen and her journey with Early Onset Alhzeimer's disease to the big screen to show how this affects not only the family of the person suffering but the toll it takes on everyone. It is truly a must see story!
The film brings awareness to the struggles of family, friends and caregivers alike. Author and husband Pat Moffett's dream is to honor his beloved Carmen, who fought so bravely, and to provide hope and comfort to as many people as possible who have been affected by Alzheimer's. He is confident that bringing his book to the big screen will help even more families understand this devastating illness.
It was this that drove Pat to adapt his and Carmen's story into movie form, and he is now the executive producer of the feature film ICE CREAM IN THE CUPBOARD. Directed by Drew Pollins, the movie is set to be released in early 2019!
